I've been swearing (silently) for the last hour & a half. After all this time. After at least half-a-dozen dry fits & checks.

I glued on the landing gear and it's SHORT!!!

Not by 1 or 2 mm, no-o, by a good 5mm, at least! A-a-a-a-a-r-r-rgh!


Ommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!


So, I shall re-visit the landing gear, starting tomorrow (now that it's ruined my birthday present to myself) & I shall fix it.

OK, it's looking like the fix may not be too difficult.

However, before I claim victory, I'll do a full test fit - possibly involving glue.

OK, finally finished! She's as good as she's going to get.

There are faults but there are, also, some wins (I, personally, love the exhaust staining).

Overall: I'm very happy with the result, despite the hiccups & the headaches.
