Weird, wonderful, and wicked!     This is really great, thank you.  Been rolling this concept around using a P-47 but so far no plastic has been harmed

It's given me a couple of ideas for an aircraft I've had in mind to do for a while now,
Just need to find the time/plastic/work bench space/mojo

Then of course there's the slip wing Hurricane (the Hillson FH 40)

It's real world, but would make  a first rate Numpty-boggling exercise.  One of these beside your excellent Corsair biplane would cause the occasional apoplexy amongst JMNs.

Wow, have a go at that one!!  And yes... indeedy.... YELLOW WINGS always a winner. Love the pre-war schemes the US had going on.
