A few weeks ago, a provider sent me a discount ticket to have some cheap things almost for free. I looked if it had aircraft model kits and yes! but not what I wanted to buy this year. At last, I have chosen 2 pieces of Zvezda Polikarpov I-16 1/144, tiny but fun maybe to build a zwilling!
(Dvoynoy ishak means Double donkey, while I am not sure, as Wikipedia was saying the Russian I-16 is named Ishak/Donkey but Google Translate says ishak means a$$... in Kirghiz).

With that short fuselage you might also try to create a tandem instead of a Zwilling...

Ahem, a tandem plane would be difficult to make from this basis having a big front and slim rear, I think I will stay on the zwilling project:

As on the kit box was written "no glue required" I have built the source models very easily, quickly.
The windscreen seems too big.
So I have started to add putty, for a (black) little enclosed canopy (and a more streamlined nose):

The propellers will be little rotors above the wing... What? That does not work? Don't say that: this is a great idea of comrade Josef, and everyone denying this is in a great idea is in danger of, uh, suicide...

Ahem, the extra tailplane is not wide enough to join both tails... $:-\$
So it will be located above the port tail, asymmetrically, I like that

At last, I do not classify the I-1616 as glider with extra-rotors for lift but fully as helicopter... Glory to Comrade Jozef!
