My armour knowledge is very limited, but I'd still like to build something for this one, so I'm tossing around a few ideas.
1. Sci-Fi armoured SUV from http://www.whatifmodelers.com/index.php/topic,5686.msg72945.html#msg72945 (http://www.whatifmodelers.com/index.php/topic,5686.msg72945.html#msg72945) this Sci-Fi idea I posted a few years ago.
2. Tactical air defense laser mounted on a tank or AFV
3. Modern tank with the main gun replaced by a missile battery
4. If I get really ambitious, a hover tank.
