This is suppose to be a land base type Phalanx system which is derived from the CIWS based on Naval ships. I scratch built it in scale 1/20 using house hold materials like deodorant caps, staples, wood, dental retainers etc... This was one of my first scratch build models.

Excellent. Impeccable scratchbuilding. Now, if you had it sitting in the back of a HEMATT or similar truck it would definitely look the part of a land based CIWS.

thank you guys. Unfortunately I do not have any WIP. Appreciate the comments. ED, that is a cool idea. :)
That looks just the sort of model you see at Farnborough, on some weapon manufacturer's stand. Magnificent quality work there ti, well done indeed.
Thanks guys. I think building 'what if' projects really let you expand your creativity.
Amazing stuff Ti, congrats on a super build.

Mav
Great job Ti, looks very credible for last ditch defence of critical assets.
Thanks Mav & Mossie. :)

Actually, the Centurian C-Ram (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phalanx_CIWS) is a the trailer based land Phalanx the US Army uses already.
ti, yours is truly beautiful. Like someone else said, something that would be presented at an industry show.
Welcome aboard! Grab a straight jacket (they're on the left).
Outstanding
