Since you asked, I would remove the rocket? Pack from the fin, or if
You really insist on keeping it at least reduce the diameter, it looks far to big.
About half the diameter would do it.
(Big enough to power the lightning on its own)
And the Intakes need fairing in a bit more at the back
As the transition into the fuselage is too sudden.
Apart From that it looks brilliant :thumbsup: just like that drawing in

I have no idea re: the RW proposal for a Sea Lightning (except some top-view silhouettes), which do look similar to your build.
So I'm running from a pure personal aesthetics POV here.
I'd lose the RATO unit;
Shoulder mount the Panavia VG assembly fitted with the Lightning wing;
Your flaps idea is good, I'd keep that;
Ditto the undercarriage but move it back quite a bit (high angle of approach for landing, you don't want to keep thumping your tail into the deck);
Don't add such a large faring extension to the tail (about 1/2 that size would do);
I would have stuck with the standard Lightning intake or gone for an F-8 Crusader style;
Extend the belly pack both fore & aft to give you guns & more fuel; or
Alternately you could mount guns either side of the (F-8) intake & add even more fuel; &
Add an avionics hump (well ... just ... because ;) ).
An interesting concept.I like the way you've set up the wings & u/c. Very practical. I'm going to do a single engine Lightning by kit bashing the fuselage /tail of the KP 1/48 SU-7 with the wings/cockpit /undercarriage of the Airfix Lightning F-6 . It will also have a fill width radome and cheek intakes. However, I'm going to fit intakes similar to the Sukhoi T-49. These fair smoothly into the fuselage and definitely impart a much sleeker appearance.

OK took in the comments and removed the rocket engine,
the large faring extension of the fin is because of the removal of the stakes from the lower fuselage and is consistant with the drawings of the sea lightning available.
The few drawings of the solid nose type show the relocated undercart in about that position but maybe the legs are a bit longer.
The guns were to be removed from the type, as aam were consided to be enough, and the extra fuel in the wings and newer engines with better fuel consumption give it better legs than the f6 etc.
I like the idea, especially the u/c arrangement (got a similar project on my mind). I'd say the air intakes should be about half the size they are, have a look at a standard Lightning's intake and you'll see what I mean, keep in mind that intake feeds two engines --- and there's a very large center body in the intake --
I was thinking something along the lines of the Chinese F7 which is based on the Mig-21.
Using this layout as a reference, should ease your build.
Try the intakes and cut down splitter plates from PM Su-15 Flagon as a basis for the intakes

Awesome ! Very intrigued by the Sea Lightning. The dropped flaps are a nice touch as well.
