I haven't seen any demountable campers in Britain as the pickup truck craze is still relatively new to the general public as the campervan or mobile home is a cheaper option as you need only the one vehicle as opposed to the van and then the demountable camper pod.
However in the Whiffing world using the larger 1/24 or 1/25 scale or smaller if you prefer any wheeled/tracked vehicle will provide endless opportunities.
