That is damn cool no matter how ya look at it  ;D  ;D
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

Awesome!! It looks so slick!
I wonder what the interrupter linkage looks like with those contra props!

That's looking very good, indeed.

SPINNERS

Astonishing! I suddenly feel that the days of the Airfix Spitfire 'JE-J' are from a very distant past.

VERY complicated and equally expensive!

Now and then a shell might even get past the blades...............  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit

Good point about the guns. Some Justo Miranda drawings also show guns at wing roots - and no gun bulges on top of the nose, but still troughs just behind the spinners.

I guess things are a bit speculative with this one anyway. I wonder if any original material shows how the guns are supposed to be.

I see that kits are available.

Amazing looking job

True, but how many of us did JE-J introduce to the hobby ?
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

As a matter of fact, before making any of these models/ kits I try to find as much primary source material as possible. Even visiting archives. Afterwards I collect the material in blog posts. Here is the one about the FW P.8011.

I usually do not use Miranda et.al.
The CAD is hence based on an original drawing.
This is not ruling out all issues, but it is a pretty good basis.
