Hi all

Here's something I've done on Sprues that I would like to show you

I think I've embraced my inner ericr on this one.

The Huey was Part of a large job lot I brought a few years back  I'm  told that it is the ESCI KIT in that strange 1/48 scale (gasps of horror from certain quarters, braces for backlash  ), the prop is from a 1/72 sea fury and the floats are from a 1/72 Ju 52 which I think were just big enough, so a bit of scale-o-rama going on as well.

the different scales go together well and the paint scheme makes it look like a hard worked lash up

You can just imagine some enterprising scavenger poking around a junkyard, finding a tail-struck Huey next to a wingless, engineless floatplane and going "hmmm..."

Without a doubt one of the best huey conversions I've seen ..top marks to ya Moggy mate 👍 😄😄😄

What's it called?  Something about an Ark?  It had animals in it didn't it?

That was the one! I didn't quite remember either, except that it has animals and "ark" in the title
