Nah.  Having the wings more forwards will make it easier to incorporate the Me.110 main undercarriage with the Me.109 tailwheel position.

This is going to be another aircraft from the zenrat studios anime My Sky the Free Winds.  It will join these.

Got an hour in today.

Rolling chassis of the WOT8 is now complete having had the exhausts attached.  I've now begun the cab.  The destructions would have you glue the base to the chassis and build it up from there but I reckon it can almost be completely assembled before being slid on over the engine and radiator.  This will make painting it easier as it is going to be a different colour to the chassis.

And today I bit the bullet on the Dreistörer and cut the Me 110 wings in half so I could add a 0.7mm spacer and glue them back together.  This was necessary to get the Me 109 fuselage to slip into the gap between the ends of the upper wing halves.

I'm just thinking it looks a bit F-16-ish at the moment.

The WOT is a great kit.  Detail is amazing and it goes together easilly (when you have the correct sprues).
And then you hide all that lovely detail under the bodywork.
It'd make a good basis for a post apocalypse survival buggy.

Made progress today on the floats for the Do-17 and then had a panic when I couldn't find one of the glazing pieces.
After checking all through the Dornier box of parts, and then all through the accompanying Ju-52 box of parts, and then scanning the floor, I eventually found it amongst the detritus on my bench wedged under a box of sanding pads.  Phew!

The God's were obviously smiling 

Depends on your perspective.  Maybe these gods of yours hid the thing in the first place just to see me sweat?

Depends which Pantheon you believe in ? Of course if there are multiple ones then they start playing off one against the other
