A Harrier of any variety is always good.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

I have catched the mk .1  harrier NOS from Matchbox with the wonderful box art ...
This will be build ORIGINAL
It's a Land Rover, NOT a Jeep . Like a Jeep, but for gentlemen.

Oh, yes, more Harrier goodness. Plastic nostalgia, I built the Matchbox Sea Harrier as a youngster, looking forward to seeing the GR.1 done.

Transfers from America.

Caracal Models C-124 Globmaster by Fred Maillardet, on Flickr

Bought specifically for the glazing transfers but browsing the options (there are 11 choices) I see one of them is an aircraft seen in the Strategic Air Command movie which tempts to towards a RW build.  But Aeroflot is also tempting.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Just won a 48th Tamiya Bristol Beaufighter on tradem auction site..am I happy ..no..not at all..fact I am incredibly pissed off with that site right now.
I had also bid on a Dragon 48th Ju88G6 night figther..I had this thing called a autobid going and some git outbid me and trademe wouldn't allow me to out bid this prick 3 mins before the auction ended and it gets even better .
I was leading the bid for the Beaufighter at $46 and had a autobid set at $55 ..then I got a email saying my autobid had been matched..BY ME!!!!
Some how that useless excuse of a site automatically made me bid against myself when I wasn't even touching my phone and you can't even do that by accident because you have to confirm the bid..it's like most websites in this country..slow as hell and absolutely bloody useless .
As for the Ju88..I can kiss that goodbye for good..this one had a great price and their hard to get and I'm not paying.. well can't afford to pay $80 Ozzy plus postage.
There's times I'm absolutely detest this country.
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

I don't remember it in the film   Have to keep my eyes open next time it's on
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

They load all the fuel tankers and tugs and stuff into some of them when the B-47s head off to Japan toward the end of the film.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit

Are you sure it wasn't you? Were there any lights in the sky? Have you been losing time? Waking up on the side of the road wondering how you got there? Boxes of models suddenly appearing?
These are signs of possible alien abduction and mind control. But have no fear Michael Menkin has the answer with the thought screen helmet.

No Jon.. not even freaking close..im still extremely angry over this and iam more than ready to smash the hell out of anything that pisses me off for awhile yet..im not touching a model for at least a week .
I'm suck to death with this countries half arsed approach to everything and trademe only cares about profits  and you don't hear a thing when they mess up and they did bitime here.
My humour switch is well and turely off.

From bad crap then comes something that redeems the whole annoying experience.
A seller I've dealt with many times on trademe just listed a model ...a freaking Dragon 1/48 Junkers Ju88 P-1 with 75mm Pak 40 ..guess who now owns said Ju88 ...yep..loose one and score another..damn the world works in weird ways .

Still no aliens Jon  ;D

I plan to rebuild some of my , hmmm, constructions   again , but in 1:48  instead of 1:72 , and catch this lightning for cheap . I did not recognise the different cockpit, seems a bit ugly , but maybe I like that ?  Wait till it arrives next week , I got a 262 also in 48 .

Noizer mate that second cockpit is for the radar operator and the radar is the pod mounted under the nose..it's was a last minute conversion of the P38 to turn it into a night figther  ;D
