If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

Well I can tell you for a fact that one of the Historian Presenters on a Cruise I was on used a picture of one of Dizzies models as part of his presentation on Iceland at War.
He had a good laugh at himself for making an error like that and promised to remove it from his presentation when I pointed out the model on this site.

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Very good.

Strikes me that Tempset wings on a Spit could cause a classic double take.

Sydney Camm said they were that shape because the MoS wouldn't buy anything that didn't look like a Spitfire.  ;D

Y'know, I wouldn't be too surprised... sort of like the current 'Fighter Jock', 'Fast-Movers are the be-all-and-end-all' mentality in the USAF...

Back in time the same crew in the USAF said about the F-15, 'Never a pound for air to ground'.

So they built the F-15E.  ;D
