Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

The Wooksta!

Snaffled a few things on eBay:
Amodel Bf 109 V-31. Been after one for a while
WK Aero model Heinkel He 170. I may be re-engined it with a proper German engine, but it will end up in RAF markings.

Then I went and bought some 48th T-6 Texan markings from Series Espanola.  Want the larger numbers for various larger Spanish types.

The Wooksta!

Snaffled a pair of Revell Heinkel He 70s.  One is the Matchbox horror, but the decals are good.

Exotic mecha prey! Found a rather rare (OOP for 20 years, I guess) Aoshima 1:24 "Powered Armor & Flying Unit PA-36F Rook & AVS-004 Buffire" set on ev!lbay from a German seller, and I was able to negotiate the price from EUR 50,- to 35,-. Even though I am not fond of the flying sled this was good enough to close the deal.

It's hilarious how drawings show people wearing the suits, you'd have to have a really strangely shaped
body in order to fit in the suit. Perhaps they've been bred to fit.
;D

Anime people are oddly proportioned anyway.  Especially the women.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

..which is exactly why I find cosplayers impressively creative. They make their costumes look good, despite fitting ordinary people in them..

Best example: this all-girl Evengelion "team" from the Animagic 2001 convention where I was as an exhibitor/workshop instructur. The whole model kit corner loved them for their ...unique interpretation of the Evangelion EVAs! And the fact that one of them even did not come as a Rei or Asuka character, but a Shinji in plug suit!

Anyway - the EVA girls were so great... with pyjamas and shoe boxes on head and feet, they stalked and literally rumbled ("Tromp, tromp, tromp...") through the crowded convention, audible for miles. We were not sure if they were REALLY serious, or just doing a parody? Nevertheless, they had so much confidence and natural decisiveness, it was impressive.
All-time favorites of mine.

BTW: here are the originals...  ;D

As a side note: the EVA suits are gigantic in "real life"!

Just won on eBay the part started 1/72 Academy Boeing KC-97L modified by the late Ian lawrence. He has made some resin parts, turning the model into a V-tail with four turbojet engines based on a fantasy online game

Catched a little  jagdpanzer IV from matchbox ( hunter tank ? )  with that cute little diorama.

It's a Land Rover, NOT a Jeep . Like a Jeep, but for gentlemen.
