Forgot to mention; a couple of days ago a small and sturdy cardboard box arrived, uncrushed and well taped up. Opening it revealed a wad of bubble wrap. Unrolling that produced a plastic bag containing a starboard fuselage! Airfix, I LUVS YA!

I wonder how the Airfix spares team would feel if I asked them about a 72nd scale lancaster I have with 2clefy hand fuselage sides and 4 upper wings .
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

They'd probably reply 'You forgot to mention there weren't any engines.............'  ;D  ;)
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

SUCCESS! I think. Looks like I finally got a half-decent decal sheet printed up, with enough spares to account for any application problems. The sheet is much better than this uploaded image. Sharp-eyed Canadians may notice something that could be used on future whiffs.  ;D

What's the resolution?  Ideally 600dpi, you need a minimum of 200dpi as anything lower will be pixelated mush.

Nick

From vague memory the Triple Maple Flag was one of the original designs proposed in the 1960s when they started seriously looking to change from the British colony flag.

YES! And it's the one that I preferred. The blue vertical bands represent the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, and the three leaves represent the Indigenous, British,  and French populations.

The admiration is yours!
