Last night was the roughest night so far, I managed to dump the entire contents of my stomach on the bathroom floor it didn't come out of my mouth. The other end, so I ended up sleeping in the bathroom just to make sure nothing else came out. At 7am I cleaned myself up in the kitchen and went back to bed.
The clean up operation will probably take me all day, once I get some dry food inside me I can take it in stages.
I will keep you posted.
Part 2
The 1/72 Revell F-15D has a lot of flash and sink holes,  it's not as deep in the fuselage as the F-22 Raptor although the lifting engine from the F-35B can be fitted I will save this until the end. I will buy two F-35B model kits and another F-22 at a later date.
As for the Avro-Lockheed Sea Turtle the Revell Avro Shackleton AEW.2 does fit the Hasegawa Lockheed Neptune.
The emergency food parcel has been delivered courtesy of Sainsburys I'm spoilt for choice. I had some salad for lunch and there's still half a bowl left, I'll have it with the ham.

There aren't any Food Banks in the Charlton area, there's the one in Deptford Bridge that I used to use when I was staying at Staycity in New Cross, Lewisham but going all the way to Welling in Kent on the bus and back again with two overloaded shopping bags which usually are very heavy for me who's body strength is still very weak is a challenge. I spend three days in bed just worn out.

I had a chat with my doctor over the phone, his conclusion was that I need to keep my blood sugar levels up and change my diet. As to the reason why my name was taken off the list for a mobility doctor, there has been some changes at the practice. I did ask if I can attend the surgery at Charlton Athletic Football stadium as it's within walking distance from my flat, I will get a reply shortly.
I have been doing a deep clean of my flat in between kitbashing the 1/72 RF-15D Eagle Harrier, 1/72 Avro-Lockheed Sea Turtle MR.1 and well its got the F-14 cockpit, F-18 wings and the rest is a F-35B.
In the evenings I have been watching the TV series NCIS Los Angeles on the Paramount Plus app,I was hoping that they ran the episodes of NCIS New Orleans the show that was cancelled due to low audience figures but they don't seem to do it so I'll will have to buy a portable DVD player and the DVDs.
Now that my blood sugars are back to normal, I did manage to do a bit of shopping. The hair cut will have to be at the end of the month well I won't have to dress up for Halloween this year!

A large package arrived this morning it's the modified 1/72 Academy KC-97L, one of the V-tail parts snapped off during transit. The turbojets are 3D printed on the right wing and resin moulds on the left wing, the cockpit is painted with the crew also painted, the cockpit canopy is glued in place as well as the in-flight refuelling operator's position in the rear..However the nose wheel landing gear well isn't fitted.
Looks to me as if the flight crew came out of Star Wars, Hans Solo and there's definitely a Wookie. I'm going to leave them there.
The parts from the RVHP Lockheed NC-121 and EC-121/WV-2 AWACS should fit, I'll substitute the resin rotodome for the plastic one from a Heller E-3A or the 3D printed H.S. 748 AEW.1.

I attended the meeting at 10:10am at the Woolwich Jobcentre Plus.  I had a long wait but my new Universal Credit Coach is really good, loads of contacts to check out and lots of questions answered. I spent over an hour going through my past history of jobs,  qualifications and military services history. I have another appointment with her tomorrow, something to do with lowering my rent arrears. Her computer screen details are different to my last statement from Greenwich Council back in September. I might be able to claim some extra money for my state of mental health after an assessment.
I didn't do much after getting back home whiffery wise, just sanded the putty/filler on the modified 1/72 Academy Boeing KC-97L and added a new front wheel landing gear, the one in the kit has been glued on underneath the rear fuselage to avoid a tail-sitter. I'll buy some superglue at the end of the month to add the 3D printed pieces and extras from the spares boxes.

Twenty minutes my Universal Credit Coach said, I would have been been able to take advantage of the Oyster card bus travel opportunity and only pay one fare if the journey is under an hour (upto four bus journeys in an hour) in London. The meeting lasted an hour and I was given homework to do. My Coach couldn't get through to the Housing Department, a fault on their telephone line, so an email was sent.
My mission is to try out the Bus & Tram Discount photocard, which gives me half price fares, this is open to people who live in a London Borough aged between 18-60 and get no other discounted travel.
Although there are schemes to save money on the utilities , my broadband bill is cheaper. Having run out of credit on my Oyster card, I walked home. Its not the first time I have done this but it did seem to be a lot quicker than the last time. Fewer rest breaks whilst watching the river Thames flow by. The river seems devoid of water traffic, yes there's the Woolwich Ferry when it's open and the Clipper service. This got me thinking, a powerboat service from Woolwich to Tilbury, the speed restrictions are lifted once you get past the Thames Barrier, speed over comfort, no it's not going to be practical but in the whiffing world. I'm not a boat expert, I have seen powerboats and been in a few, I suppose that there's a few model kits available, I know that they are popular in the R/C community but I haven't located any boating ponds in the Charlton area, can't use the bath as my bathing chair gets in the way.
An R/C hovercraft, nothing too expensive so if it breaks I can use it in the stash.
Looks like I will need to buy an updated tablet, once again the two online racing games have had an upgrade and I can't get any access to the apps 🤔 November is a few weeks away.

I do know that Clippers are looking to run regular services from Gravesend and Tilbury in the future. Right now it's only special runs direct to London Bridge City on certain days. It's all about the numbers of passengers who might get on at the eastern end.
No point them putting a stop at Woolwich on the way in if there's no space, plus they want to do a fast run all the way to the Thames Barrier to take advantage of the speed limits. No stop at Woolwich saves 6 minutes on the journey.
Right now I don't think they have enough boats to have a full time Tilbury service.

Don't you get any sort of concessionary travel card? In the northern colony Over 60s are all entitled to a National Entitlement card which gives free bus travel anywhere in Scotland on any (other than those designated special or premium rate) services. I'm over 60 and, because I have disability I have what is known as a "companion" card. That means Someone travelling with me also travels free. My partner who is 11 years younger (she's 53) has a Disabled Persons Concession card which also gives her free travel throughout Scotland. I honestly though England at least had similar but, guess I was wrong.  :-\

Over 60's in Greater London get free travel on all forms of transport post 9:00am (9:30am on National Rail), Mondays to Fridays and all day weekends within the Greater London Boundary. The bus travel part of it is valid all over the UK. McColm hasn't reached that age yet

In 1980 (I think....) I took the P&O Jetfoil service from Tower Pier to Ostend and back. I expected the boat to stay hull borne until waaaaay down the river, but it didn't. No sooner were we under Tower Bridge than the Captain opened her up, got up on  the foils and screamed off down river at around 45 knots!

Maybe as it was a hydrofoil and made little real wake it had some sort of exemption, but it had water jet drive, and the 'exhaust' stream was horrendous, umpteen zillion gallons a minute pumped out of two 4 ft dia. waterjets about 10 ft above the water!  :o
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Poor choice of words on my part for which I apologise.. What I should have said was that while over 60s are automatically entitled to a concession card, under 60s with a disability can also receive one.

The way I understand it is the definition of a disability. I don't show any of the typical signs of distress. After having a telephone conversation with another doctor from the South Street, Greenwich surgery this afternoon, it doesn't matter how many pulmonary embolisms I've had or what my mental health state, is they want me to return to work as soon as possible besides the fact that I haven't had a full medical check-up since leaving hospital. I did receive a Fit Note that covers me until the 11th of December via an email. I did ask for a referral to get a food voucher for the Trussell Trust but I haven't received any reply..

Sorry to hear that. I have a long term and degenerative health condition (osteo arthritis in both knees). That was one of the criteria that qualified me for Adult Disability Payment - a k a Personal Independence Payment.
I was declared medically Unfit for work by my GP earlier  this year.
