Probably. Airfix got close with the missile given the technology at the time the moulds were made for that kit.

According to french version of Wikipedia's article there is only one fin/rudder ( see the 3 view drawing ) ...

As said above, R.511 French AAM. I have a pair of them on my RAF Nord Griffon.
