Now that's a car for damn sure but sadly that turbo won't work on the R35 as it's a V6 and not the RB26 straight 6 the 32 used but I'm sure I could do something with the wing and change the way the turbos are mounted in the 35 by using a high rise manifold so the turbos hood height or higher 😀
Definitely can do something with the wing..hope I haven't already used it ..I'll have to check .

And a wider rear spoiler, Kit?

Well of course, that one hardly reaches past the wheel arches, a few more feet would do wonders for the traction.  ;D

Just scored a 48th scale Monogram F-15 for a 20 note ..the reason ? ..it ain't got no canopy but that makes no never mind..it's for the parts box and it's got alot of very good parts..like all on em but 1  ;D

Oh also..checked the cars bits pile..found new wheels and wings..many wings ..so expect a wide body double pane wing 👍🤘

As I said elsewhere, I got an Airfix Me 410 at SMW today, plus a re-popped Xtrakit Canbera PR9 and an Xtrakit SRA/1 flying boat fighter after seeing Chris' wonderful built-up one on our stand.

They're the first kits I've bought at this show for almost 5 yrs!  :o

I have one of those xtrakit flying boat fighters too, they are excellent for whiffing. Mine will be in service based in an estuary base, possibly English channel, and will be tasked with anti shipping strikes, armed with heavy rockets.

I forgot a few items from The Wooksta, generously donated, thanks so much Lee.

Another R-B tail turret which will go on my Ju 588 to replace the very fragile single gun that comes with the 288 kit, and a wonderful resin Horton glider that has the most SERIOUSLY long wings, aspect ratio-wise, that I've ever seen!   And a couple of hefty bombs for the 588 too, you can never have too many bombs, I always say.  ;)

It's going to be kitbashed with one I already have that's nowhere near as long spanned, yet..............  ;D

Not gone through everything yet, but the acquisition list from memory is:
AZ Messerschmitt Bf 109K-6 what if (S199 blown hood)
2 AZ Heinkel He 162s (B and C boxings for some mix and match fun)
Aeromodel Heinkel He 70
CMK/MPM Arado Ar 68F (one from the shopping list)
Heller Arado Ar 196 (Revell box)
Planet Bf 109TL (will eventually be a Czech Avia CS199 TL)
Airfix DH Mosquito B.16 (tenner!)
Airfix Bv 141B (try as I might, I could not find another.)
Revell Junkers Ju 290 (Czech perhaps)
3x Revell Blohm und Voss Bv P.194
Bronco Blohm und Voss P.178
Eduard Bf 109 E, F, G over trees (1, 1, 2 respectively)
Lindberg Heinkel He 100
RS Heinkel He 280
RS Henschel Hs 132B
RS Me 509
RS Me 609
Aeromodel Ta 152 H (been after one, half-heartedly, for a while. Dragon copy)
Conversion bits:
Freightdog Mosquito PR34 (handy with that cheap Airfix one!)
Freightdog TSR2 ADV
and, after gritting my teeth at having to deal with wockney canker conman Uncle Albert and his vastly overpriced jumble sale, I liberated a Toad Resins Arado Ar 234 V-16 (crescent wing) and Dornier Do 335 B (long span wings).
I justified this as together the pair were 23 notes (his 15 quid list price is the same as the RRP was in 1994, so much cheaper in real terms) and I'm unlikely to see them again in a hurry.
Some Hawker Henley vac form canopies. I do not know who actually did them. Too nice for Magna so possibly Formaplane?  I have one tucked away so may well check it.

Plus a score on a load of Xtracrylix at a pound a jar, so they were cleaned out of the Luftwaffe and RAF colours.
And some tape, tools and filler.

Also took advantage of Rolead's bits boxes, coming away with a Victor u/c for one of the salvage jobs that stalled and a lot of Lightning wreckage that will feed into my P6 programme at some point.many thanks.

I also picked up an ARII Cessna O-2 for Willie.

Delivered today:

1X SAC 1/48 YF-23 white metal landing gear for the Hobbyboss kit - I bought these in case the kit's parts turn out to be too weak to support the weight of the model. The Italeri 1/72 kits have that problem and i can only wish that SAC made this set in 1/72.

1X Maestro Models 1/72 4 blade props for DH Mosquito/ J30 for the Tamiya kit - may have to add different engines along with those props.

Also, on order from a Portuguese hobby shop, a Revell 1/72 P-70 Nighthawk.

So, at Scalemodelworld 2023... terrific as expected.
there were a lot of traders and some big boys, like Airfix, although I think the eduard Stand with 20% off was really getting a lot of attention.

So now in the stash i have these

and on day two, somehow I found I ended up with these as well

Was very restrained as I am still travelling and either I throw out clothes or stop buying models
