Well after some 14/15 hours in bed Friday/Saturday night/morning I feel a little better, although nowhere near well enough to pick up a scalpel yet. So I went through my Telford purchases in detail. Must admit I do like the way Airfix break their instruction manuals down into lots of stages with nice clear diagrams for each    The Eduard instructions for the Dual 109 Boxing are more like a book  and really do take some study. With all the various sub-variant options, and the option of etch or plastic for some parts it will be a case of picking my subject(s) and then going through with a couple of different coloured highlighters before even starting.  I'll probably build the "F" I have first in order to get a feel for the kits.

Cold is gradually drifting off to some other poor so and so - colds don't die, they simply go somewhere else when they've got bored with you  - actually managed to get some work around the house done and some Christmas cards written  . Only another 62 to go. Shame is that I'm at the age where the list gets shorter every year 

Hoping to get some modelling done later this week, touching all the wood going and then some
