I've started the rectification process on this & have some parts* ready to (hopefully) create better fairings but, as I'm on night shifts for a while, there won't be much happening for a few days, at least.

Finally, I've had a chance to do a tiny bit more work & fit the fairings.

First round of putty should happen on them tonight.

Trust me Chris ive noticed..hate this time of year..everything goes nuts and it's impossible to get anything done ...models included.
I primed my GB bird what 2 or 3 days ago and haven't touched it since..very depressing.

Got the first round of sanding done tonight.

I'll get some primer on tomorrow, although I already know there are a few spots that need more filler.

Once I've finished the fairings & got the final primer coat on I'll take some pic's ... not worth the effort, otherwise.

Yep ..not being patient here ☺️

1st round of primer has happened on the new fairings, & they're looking pretty good.

Do need to do some more work, though, & photo's will happen after I'm happy with them.

Some sort of bacterial URTI happening right now, possibly masking a viral URTI (NOT COVID) - but we'll see when the antibiotics have kicked in.

Anyway, I'm finding it almost impossible to concentrate on fine detail stuff like this, so I'm leaving it until things improve*.
