Broken through the mojo drain and working on another Post Apoc type model
I picked up the Panda 1/35 Oshkosh M-ATV very cheap, no instructions and have toiled through getting it together. Think Bronco parts breakdown with some Mach2 Sprue gates and Novo Flash.
Ok.. maybe a bit of an over exaggeration but not too far off. It was not a trouble free build. This is to all intents just an out of the box build, with a bit of a mod around a crumpled front fender.
Pretty interesting Vehicle though.
So here we are, the doors are still off awaiting later fixing as they will all in the open position

So the idea is this M-ATV has crashed into a wall, out of ammo and is for all intents now abandoned and surrounded by Zombies.

More Zombie figures are coming, hoping to have at least 10 to give the impression of a moving horde past this vehicle, with one survivor hiding underneath the vehicle. Testing the half zombie to see if it would work being trapped between the vehicle and the wall

Oh I'm gonna watch the hell out of this Buzzy mate...right up my alley that's for damn sure 😁

I've built a couple Pandas MRAPs and the greatest they are not ...pretty soft detail on parts and fitting of parts ...I wasn't that impressed 😕.
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

Unsurprisingly, I have most, if not all, of those zombies.

To show it's out of ammo you're going to need a lot of spent rounds floating around in (&, maybe, around) the M-ATV.

Looking really good!
Has a life outside of What-If & wishes it would stop interfering!

Guy is right...in combat or zombie land she'll cases are everywhere and the links to.
When your ripping out 100rd belts one after another it takes very little time to have a hell of a mess.
Especially inside ..the shells are all over the floor ..seats and foot wells .
The roof also and depending on how serious to the fight..empty ammo boxes on the roof and in the cargo area....it's very common on the M-ATV .

Not just Zombie Land. I saw a photo once of some trials with the Vickers HMG and they managed continual fire for 24 hours, no idea how many barrel changes and gallons of water that needed, and it looked as though the spent cases could have covered Kent  ;D  There was another trial in the 60's that fired over 5 million rounds over 7 days.

I did read about a Vickers .303 during the interwar period that was set up for continuous fire on Monday morning and continued non-stop until everyone knocked off work on Friday evening.

...by which time they ALL needed hearing aids no doubt?

Team, lots of rain here, so lots of work in the workshop.

The Factory wall that the M-ATv is smashed into

First pass on the zombies. Not entirely happy, a couple might get a rerun

I do have more, varied Zombies coming, thanks to Loot Studios. These are being printed by a buddy, so I will get them sometime near the end of the month

Incidently, a lot of my images will drop off the world, my many years having my own webspace is coming to an end. There is just no point anymore. So far I plan to try Dropbox (All these images are dropbox hosted)

Remember to smash the crap out of the building Brian ..the M-ATV is not light weight ..here's a couple of stats for ya .
Curb weight: 27,500 lb (12,500 kg) Gross weight: 32,500 lb (14,700 kg)

Just the rolling mass will crunch a building very nicely.
It's also more fun to crunch stuff 😊

Nice work

The second zombie from the left looks like the lead singer in a zombie rock band in full flow  ;D

While I find zombies ridiculous (the living are horrific enough thank you) you've done a good job on these Brian.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.
