Oh thank you all ,  for me this little project IS a bit of surprise ... At first i do not like that big nose versions of the 109 that much (  in fact i do not look at the 109 very much at all  ) . I always prefered the 109e variant with the gun in Center of the nose .
Funny that i also make the nose longer than Standard with the second prop!

What i like is the typical "German" 3rd Reich Appeal of the plane . But i never get the classic Luftwaffe paint job done as good as it should   

This project started as a X wing Design , so i build 2 pairs of identical wings for it.

Basic kit is a crappy "Mister Craft" 109 , a brand which i would not put on my future top list of kits .

In construction we  ( wife and me ) decide to keep the basic 2 wing style . 

Today we went to the local Modell club event, a evening with everyone working on his models, teaching and learning from each other and i start a new 109 , this time REAL AS a X wing 

Basic of the next is a BF 109E from Airfix, with the hope of a better fit of the parts...

  

Nice evening with the gang , around 25 people in a pub , phantastic traditional german food and lot of different modells .  Was a good year .
