Lost Cosmonauts

For the purposes of this build 74 Squadron never equipped with Lightnings and moved from the Meteor to the Hawker P.1091. These, while slower than the Lightning, proved useful in intercepting and shadowing types such at Tu-95 where their longer endurance proved useful. Some continue to fly in private hands and in aggressor and dissimilar training roles.

Dang it! Now I see a wrinkled decal and thin paint on the left leading edge. Touch up time

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

You could out someone in it too, if that's your thing.

That is a real beauty.   Another "should-have-been"  from Whiffworld.

It  means that you read  the instruction sheet

I've always liked the delta Hunter, as well the P.1092 and P.1093 projects adjacent to it. Nice work.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Merry Christmas y'all, hope you have had a nice few days

The P1103 hasn't appeared in resin yet due to a trip away and a brush with covid. Huddling at home out of the weather I had cause to open up the DH108 file I had made and then parked as the mikro mir short run version appeared - Aeroplane magazine had a small article about the proposed tailed version and Mr TSRJoe was kind enough to point me in the direction of general arrangement drawings.

A first draft has duly appeared - needs wheels but that looks like it might be another goer

Looks interesting.  Might be better as a conversion for a Vampire, or possibly a Venom.
