I'm not a great fan of natural metal finishes (or, boring grey ones either! ;D ) and, I think that C-133 would look great in S E Asia camouflage or, maybe RAF colours as the replacement for the "cancelled" Belfast? Just a thought.  ;)

Don't know about that.  I think one will look just fine and dandy in NMF with light/dark blue cheat lines and a big zi logo on the tail.   ;)

Just how I'm doing my Thor carrier actually. 47 Sqdn flying from Abingdon of course, a sort of latter day super stretched Beverley.  ;D

I had briefly considered such a thing using two of the Micro Mir kits. I'm not a great fan of 1/144 but, there is nothing else available that I', aware of. However, I was put off by the rather high prices for a relatively small model. A single C.133 is fine though. Actually, it would  look nice in the RAF  "sand and stone " finish!   ;)

Can't resist! Those old Otaki F-101's are pretty basic.  Luckily I had two I picked up a model swap meet for reasonable prices.

1/72 Harrier for scale

And since we have has some folks that have just bought the Roden C-133 here are the cargo bay clam shell door so you can build an A (as mine is) or a B model.

Coooer, does the kit come with both sets of doors? Mine is upstairs at the mo and I can't be fagged to climb up there and look.  ;D

Basic is good, when I'm building it for a toy lol. Thankfully I typed in Arii and found that cheap one. When I type on Otaki the prices are absurd ! The worst one is 69.23 plus 40.23 shipping ! Ouch.

Correct Kit, the Roden kit comes with both types of doors.  Perhaps the only noticeable difference between an A and B?  I think the clamshells on the B would look great displayed open- and handy if you are transporting an ICBM around.  Gave a bit more loading length.

Yikes!  that's crazy prices for a small 1/144 kit.

Stupid me, I never actually looked, but I will now. Mine will have the Thor half way up the ramp, so I'll go with the model B doors I think.

As far as I know the doors WERE the only difference between the two models, and had to be done once they wanted to carry Minutemans (Miniutemen?) about.

I'll need vehicles to pose with my 133.  Anyone make 1/144 Stalwarts?
