We talking about SA Bulldogs?  My Airfix Bulldog's u'c hasn't sagged despite being built 30-odd years ago.

Nor mine, but it needed lead EVERYwhere! And flats on the tyres to get it to stand up properly. :(

Stepping away from the undercarriage (and the amount of lead to get it to sit properly) of the Bulldog for the moment

I see that a different red is given for the Cranwell Bulldog , I'd not been aware of this? Anyway know anything about it?

Oh to be whiffing again :-(

PR19_Kit

I didn't know that either, but it doesn't surprise me, it's CRANWELL after all.   ;D

I'm not convinced - assumed colour may be based on a poor (or questionable) photo suggesting (but not actually) a slightly darker red.

I have several good photos of Bulldog HKG-6 of the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Air Force, should anyone feel tempted.

I've had a quick check web check, XX519 seems to be the same red as the roundel. Other bulldogs seem to be slightly paler, I think post office red is the standard trainer colour.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Amongst other things, Hobbycraft have the KP Convair Pogo in at £13, which seems pretty decent value.

EDIT - sorry, it's Mistercraft, not KP.

You are right. The Pogo is from the KP/Kopro range. Mistercraft are reboxers of old kits.

A 340? A nice little aeroplane indeed, I flew in a special scheme one that was owned by Messabe Airlines at Minneapolis back in the 90s sometime, and it was a free ride as I knew their Dispatcher pretty well. He's a modeller too.  ;D

That's nice. I can easily see one of those as a Swedish MPA keeping the Russian subs in the Baltic on their toes.
