TY Zenrat, thank you  ;D  ;D ,  though i admit with my luck id end up with them needing skateboards under the rear of the ordinance to act as rear wheels or they'd be on the table  :banghead:

AMRAAMs would be a better choice instead of Sparrows

And if the 1930s GB gets a winning vote, 2/3s of the (Curtiss) Hawk, (Hawker) Tornado and Typhoon would be eligible

Gentlemen, just a few days to go before I start organising Round 2.  So if you haven't yet voted and wish to do so now is the time.

I thought I had voted but I hadn't. But I have now. Which is nice.

I'm not saying anything, but do you remember that £20 note I lent you at Telford ?  ;)  ;D

Cheers for voting Nick

I hadn't thought of that.... but I like the idea of including all types with those names.
I didn't think of that when I suggested it, just the jet versions.

McColm

Looks like this is going to be very close for the top five.

hmmm, I wonder if merging the "South" nominations would help?  Guess I'm a bit jaded on the decade series and UK themed aircraft (ducks), but I guess I could always do a Tornado in Peruvian service!

Keep up the noble work Chris!

Totally understand Dave.  There is a South of the Equator candidate (indeed I proposed it) but it doesn't look as though it will make the cut.

I did a similar nomination last year, too bad- rich of opportunities and makes folks think a bit more I think.

So, one candidate quite ahead of the others.  Let that one in and have vote round two sort out GB topic #3, perhaps?

No.  Vote two should be for two topics with all starting equal.
