Yeah, I really liked it up there the last, and only time I went.

Well due to my worsening health issues I will not be there this year.
The No. 1 issue is that I am waiting for a Cataract operation on my right eye.
I was told just the other day that I should get the first pre-operation exam done in about a month  , and the operation has to be done within ten days of that.
This has been a major reason for my non turnout of models for some time now.
I have been waiting for almost three years now for this to happen.
Have a graet time at Perth guys, it may be the last one there from what the Wooksta has been saying.

Wow, that's some wait, I only had to wait a year before the first of my cataracts was done and then only a few months after that for the second one. Have they told you that you have to be awake during the operation?
OK, now that I have scared you a bit, don't worry as the whole thing is painless, just a bit unnerving at times.
Hope you get it sorted sooner rather than later

Why?  The policy of charging exhibitors for both tables and entry.  It isn't cheap to get to Perth, more cost if you're stopping overnight, and then you're charged more than your average punter just rocking up to have a look round.

If other shows follow the same route, I can see a lot more people voting with their wallets.  If you piss off enough exhibitors, you don't have a show.

Have to be honest, but on the face of it, it does sound daft. Would of thought either charge for a table, but then have 3/4 free entries included with it. Or free table space, but then charge all members ? Mind you without seeing the finances can't really comment. I know the cost of venues for most things is getting silly
