How to reduce carbon emissions - Tip #1 - Walk to the Bar for drinks.

McColm

Apart from a disregard for saluting officers,  moving chin straps and the omission of the order make ready before the order aim is given. I'm no expert when it comes to the Army only served 13 weeks in the Territorial Army Royal Engineers but the uniform of the senior officer in charge looked like the ones that the USARMY would have worn as the Australian Army mirrored the British Army when it comes to uniforms apart from the hats.

As far as I could find out, Australian legislation made it difficult - if not impossible - to go through with the execution of their military personnel.

Your both right.  Australian Military Personnel were not subject to the Death Penalty after the introduction of our own Military Law Manual after the sorry episode of Harry "Breaker" Morant during the 2nd Boer War.  The problems with the slouch hats, wearing shorts and the year (there were no Australians left in the Middle-East/North Africa after 1942).  David Niven was also a Pom, not an Australian.  Wearing the slouch hat brim up was unusual as well.  He made a good effort at the role but it was flawed from the start.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Based on a Canadian novel, Execution, which was partly inspired by the real
world execution for murder of Private Harold Pringle on 5 July 1945.

Harold Pringle

Pringle deserted and joined a black market gang in Rome, the murder was a result
of his gang activities.

Like most movies are, mate.

*gasp!* What? You - you mean that Hollyweird has been... has been... economical with the facts??!!! Oh, Say It Ain't So!!  :o

So there aren't aliens in the abyssal trenches, Jack Sparrow wasn't really Keith Richards' ancestor, no-one Made Harrys' Day and  - and - no-one really killed Inigo Montoya's' father??

My childhood is now officially ruined, thanks a lot! :-\  ;)

On the other hand Brian wasn't a messiah,  there really could be only one, and the best plan is always to take off and nuke the site from orbit.

Yeah, Glassing the area means never having to say you're sorry... and obliterating the evidence avoids all those pesky lawsuits and compensation claims...  ;D

But remembering to always check for unwanted passengers, and always, *Always* 'Check Six.'
