Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Spot on.  Even the name is right.  It'll be longer with longer wings.
But first, the Tinydyne.
I've cut the nose off and glued both ends back on.  Next task is to figure out where to cut to shorten the rotor mast.

I plan to cut down the Tinydyne wings swapping the severed ends with the tips of what will become the Maxidyne wings.

The June issue of SAM that's just dropped through my letter box has a build of the re-issued Rotodyne in it, straight out of the box.

Do they mention the 'broken-in-the-box' rear door hinges?

If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

More difficult/boring will be cutting the rotor blades to shorten them, and later adding the bits to the Megalodyne ones,,, :rolleyes:
And what about the tail size?  ;D

The builds by Bruce Leyland Jones and his only mention of any hinges is that as he built it with the rear clamshell doors shut he could ignore them.
