1 x Airfix Models 1/35 WWII British Army 30-cwt 4x2 GS Truck (AX01380) - Same truck as above but with an enclosed cab, for something that will come to me later

But are we really surprised?
There again, I usually rail against over-engineered, too-high-parts-count kits, so I should probably pipe down...  ;)

On order from Hobbylinc.com.
AFV club M-40 recoilless rifle and TOW. I'm going to replace the TOW missile with the 106mm recoilless rifle, keeping the TOW sighting system. This will mount on the M151 I just bought at NIMCON 12 last weekend. This idea was suggested to me a long time ago by a light infantry battalion commander who thought the rr with the TOW sights would be much more versatile for the infantry than the TOW missile system.
Plus the Miniart Field Workshop set in 1/48th. This will fit perfectly with my ongoing Ian McQue project.

I have the 1988 Yodel reboxing. Cost the princely sum of £26 when I bought it three years ago. It's basic but, builds into a pretty reasonable model. I simply refuse to pay the outrageous prices for the more recent Roden kits so, I guess this is the first (and last) C-5 kit I will ever build

What are you going to do with the rest of the 380 though? Repower it with 25-30 Merlins?  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .
