As maybe some of you know, the DOCAVIA series, Editions Larivière, is the equivalent of Putnam in France.
For ex:

The publisher is choosing the cover for the new Tophe book, undecided between these two:

Owing to the current financial difficulties, the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off until further notice.

Don't know if Tophe ever knew of this, but this aircraft popped up in my faceache feed this morning. Knew exactly where I needed to share it!

That's Tophe all the way that is  ;D
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

NARSES2

I'd vote for the top cover for the book  ;D
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

This was posted by Hush Kit on Twitter ("X" ). It was posted with a selection of examples of the horrors of AI-generated artwork, but honestly, I think it'd fit right into this GB:

Apart from the prop blades being at silly angles I think you're dead right H.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

I'm thinking:

Helldiver fuselage, to get that cockpit merging into the fin look,
Engine from something with a radial-to-inline conversion, like maybe one of the Italian fighters,
Right wing from a Corsair (obviously),
Left wing+engine from a small bomber or transport. A Blenheim or anson, perhaps?

I don't think even Tophe would approve of the asymmetric propellers!
This AI stuff is so ridiculous! It might inspire some whiff builds but otherwise...,....

That B2 thingy really got my attention..out of all on those what ever you want to call em was the only one which looked good 👍
I'm already trying to figure out a way to build that 🤔 😅

Some interesting whiffery, not too sure about the B-2 thingy. All I know is the wings from a 1/144  B-2 stealth bomber fits rather well on a 1/72 RA-5C. The five engined Constellation would work with an engine in the nose, possible future build.

So many of these are asymmetric, I feel AI maybe learning from Tophe's work.

Whilst the names are familiar I can't agree with the articles.
