I would think to make some cuts in the sides of the fuselage, you may loose some of the nice rivets, but could be possible to get it fixed.

Good luck!!

I'm building up the lower edge of the windscreen with strips of styrene.

Or, cut the nose and lift it at the back to close the gap.

When they re-release this as a vintage classic they'll have to redo the canopy like they did with the Auster

Scraped off the primer to aid the glueysticky bit, masked, and this Bristol Freighter will have an extended range. Can't remember where the tanks came from.

Smacks of the Dart Herald, that could be ordered with extra under wing tanks, but very few airlines actually did.

Does the Air Beef Scheme live on in Australia? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Air_Beef_Scheme

Could it become Air Mutton, or even Air Emu Steaks?  ;D

The country using this one could provide mutton, but no beef or emu.

I should have mentioned this in the first post; when "all is revealed," I will try to pursue other options for this country, but if anyone else wants to have a go, you're more than welcome.

So, either New Zealand or Wales. ;)

Or the Forest of Dean too, we have sheep EVERYwhere!

But we don't have an airfield, not an RW one anyway.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Yes, you could... but Won't Someone Think of the Children? - or at least our somewhat tenuous hold on sanity - and refrain?
Please?
