This should come close to the most expensive kit-bash ever, if I do it.

I will check very carefully to see if it can be done, first, & if it can't I'll just use the Fordson & bodge the backstory to suit (& build the '39 pick-up OoB).



It's such a pity that some of these less "sexy" kits aren't kitted in styrene.

Looking at those 2 pics mate that should be very doable..you'll have 75% of the hardest parts to make.
The back end is pretty simple to build ...yeah this would be a very cool build for sure 👌 😎

Forgot to add that I got a couple of upgrade sets from Scorpion Minature Models. One set for the longer-hulled Centurion Mk 1 and a set of generic Centurion Engine deck handles.

Just arrived 10 minutes ago my much anticipated Special hobby mirage iii CJ. Typical special hobby attention to detail, and quality. It has 3 pairs of intake splitters included which will be very handy for detailing the other 2 PM mirage/Neshers, when I get round to carving them up.

Airfix 1/72 Shannon class lifeboat.

Nice looking kit, much simpler than the Severn class.

Some clear decal sheet to make Air Min numbers.

Good choice! My 3rd C-133 will be completed in the MAC Grey/white finish.  The RAF one will form part of my "What if the Belfast was never built" collection.!   .It'll be a very small collection but, will include the A & A models An-22 under the sub theme "What if those bloody politicians hadn't f*&%£! up as usual" collection. As to adding to the stash, three different versions of the ICM MiG-25. I still need to get the two seater and, basic interceptor versions.   I'm thinking a C-141B might look nice in RAF colours too.

Came across a,couple of very good deals today and there now mine.
Scored a 1/16th Dragon German MG42 Gunner ...this is for a mate who has 8 other 16th scale Dragon and Tamiya figures..you blokes are going to be seeing a good pile of these shortly 
And a 1/35th Revell SpaePz 2 luchs 8x8 armoured recon vehicle. ..seriously thinking of up gunning this 🤔

LMAO - Put this away in the attic a few days after I got it. That difference I described is the the only reliable way to distinguish a Mirage 50 from a Mirage IIIE/5 by the way. People talk about fin fillets and doppler bumps under the nose, but those were all entirely dependent on the customer-specified avionics fit so any combination is possible.

I suppose voice-to-text software would help if it's good enough now, although It'd better have a learning algorithm or you're going to have endless "Suck Koys", "Ill You Shines", "Dewo Teens" and "Oooh I Forgot I'd Got Thats".

Had a look in the instructions and it diesn't even say what the optional ones are for(version wise). I might have a go at scratch building some, if I can't get any made, if I have some right thickness styrene card, and suitable pointy bits, I should be able to make some.
