Yup and I have the markings   One possible scenario is that after the fall of France the Dutch took over those aircraft that had been ordered by France but hadn't arrived on time. Not sure yet whether to finish it in standard French camouflage or go Dutch with the dark brown etc. Although if I go with Dutch it might retain the blue/grey undersides rather than dark brown undersides.

IIRC ML-KNIL colour schemes were rather different, it was after all a separate, autonomous organisation.

Here's a thought, google Netherlands East Indies Navy Boston.  And see: https://aeropedia.com.au/content/douglas-db-7-boston-and-a-20-havoc/

Or perhaps be guided by ML-KNIL Brewster Buffalo schemes?

True. I'll have a look in the Azure-Frrom B-10 boxing, after all it's donating some markings, and see what options that has.

Just had a look and it's overall dark green with some black green patches and light grey on the wing's lower surfaces. Some huge orange triangles on  the wings.

Now I'd like to build one of these in desert camouflage and pose it with a photo of dear old Spike and the caption "'scuse me mate, have you seen our gun ?"  ;)  ;D

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

im shure some one would if we all asked nicely,  but hopefully they will be more understanding than the BBC senior management who once asked " so who is this Go On show?"  :banghead:

I assumed that they were discussing whose turn it was to make the tea.

So the guy who ended up making the tea was the winner of the debate or the loser?

I'd say winner, because you get to make it the way you like it  ;)
