Exactly.  I understand why he's not going but still a kick in the teeth.

A shame, Lee, but fully understandable.

50-50 whether I can make it (if I do it'll be Saturday only).  Too much uncertainty concerning the date the mother-in-law will move in with us post-move.

Always great to meet up at shows and chew the breeze, but other stuff can sometimes take priority.  Had worked out what I would be on the lookout for at the show and closer to the time may ask a 'procurement favour'.

Have a good show.

Damn and blast it. Nobody else nearby that you could carpool with?

I've got a relative over from Canada starting the weekend before. In theory she should have moved on to other people before the show, but these sorts of things can often go sideways and get changed at the last moment, so I'm making neither plans nor committments, I'm afraid.

I'm hoping to make Saturday, at least until mid afternoon, but if Bridget's hip replacement does not go exactly as planned I might be offering apologies for absence.

The Wooksta!

There are parcels of stuff for various people that I was going to bring down.  I'll be having a word with one club member who is coming down and I'll ask him to drop them off at the SIG stand.

The two Sig's were offered a "spare" six foot of space to share between us by the show manager. I think you can guess our responce  ;)
with the extra three foot of frontage there is a good chance the two models per member guideline will be relaxed a little..

Hm, just about, yes. It's only been seen twice, once at Telford and once the other week at Brampton IIRC.  ;D
