Just got a set of 4 carbon fibre files from Aliexpress, cost £14.71, and arrived in less than a week. First impressions after using a couple of them, they are good, if not careful they can be too good. I have the 1200, 800,600 and 400 grit versions, and I think they are going to be very useful, especially if I dig out any of my eastern european kits. The files also have different patterns on either side too, which is handy, and you csn rinse them in water as they won't rust.

ive been using several tools from Aliexpress too, mostly masking tape, uv resin/glue, styrene materials and spruecutters.
the styrene rods are good for cutting and glueing, but i wont advise holding it over a candle to stretch out, it lights like a wick!  :o

I have been looking for tools to help me cope with the problems I have with my fingers, and hands, but without breaking the bank, so if I get something that looks the part, but doesn't live up to expectations, I won't have lost too much.
