Not a problem, it can escape via osmosis through the skin of the vehicle. 

According to our late colleague Tophe, propulsion can be  achieved by the power of the pilot/driver's thoughts alone.    He and I  exchanged emails about the Moody Blues lyric  "........thinking is the best way to travel....."   Perhaps this  two wheeled device has a Tophian motor.

Sounds great to me! The Tophe motor! It runs on Thophalol and good thoughts.

Could be a portable air blower.
They had gas blowers in WWI to keep the airships inflated when hangared.

Here's one that was modified with a cut-down Sopwith Pup propeller, as an air blower to ventilate the hangar, and later with a guard for use on an airboat.



Yours just has wheels and is used to keep the concentration of fuel fumes down to a safe level. And the operator sitting in it.
He should probably be facing the fan, though.

This go cart is made to travel fast! The driver needs a windshield to keep the bugs off his face.

The windshield is ready done, but i like that clear line of the car so i did not mount it
