There might be other oddities there.

Looks like it could be from Porco Rosso.

Found on Nannybook something that looks awfully familiar:
The F-106- 26 December 1956 to 8 August 1988

If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Y'know I hadn't thought of that, but it looks right in keeping with some of the GW armies' design styles.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Simple build..that the wings ..move em backwards..take the tail planes and shove em up from ...yeah I like that

Yeah, simple to do but not very plausible, because the center of lift is way behind the center of gravity. Wings should be further ahead, and the canards, too. You can do similar things with an F-18, too, but with the same aerodynamic problems (if these matter to you. anyway  ;) ).

kitbasher

But Dizzy surely all those problems are overcome if the 'real' thing's construction utilises a lot of unobtainium plus application of the 6th Rule of physics?
