Time was when you could get etched brass frets of radar aerials like those fitted above and below the wings of the Blenheim NF1 as below.

Can I find any now? Can I thump!  :banghead:

Anyone got any ideas who might sell them, or has anyone got such a set they have no need of perhaps?
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Quick Google-fu came up with 1/48 on Fleabay, and two hobby sites:

As an alternative, could some ship railings cut up do the job? Though you'd have a heap! of spares!!

Funnily enough, I was doing a similar search last night. The only thing I came up with, other than 1) robbing them from either the Airfix Wellington or Airfix Whitley maritime version, 2) copying the previous, or 3) wait for Hannants to re-release the Aeroclub set which will be rather flat.

In 1:72 there are some PE antenna sets around, from Brengun, Eduard, Kora, and sometimes you find affordable offers.

IIRC the Pavla (and probably the respective MPM kit) 1:72 B.P. Defiant NF kit comes with suitable British PE antennae - I recently "borrowed" some of these for my Japanized Me 210.

I might have some Blenheim ones somewhere. I need to go in that box anyway.

Just found THESE while looking at other aircraft that used the Stickleback radar aerials.

BAGS of scope there then, thanks very much for all the ideas gentlemen.

The Wooksta!

The Cooperativa release of ye olde Frog Blenheim had an etch fret and I know that's in the box of Blenheim bits.

NARSES2

Sure I've got various injected left overs from various kits in a box Kit. Can have a look if you want ?
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
