I'd have to sell half of my models and my car to afford a 3D printer so I won't get one..need my car 🙃 😊

Your car must be a real wreck!    Nowadays you can get a 3D printer for 200 or 300 euros.  ;D
Owing to the current financial difficulties, the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off until further notice.

Not in NZ matey ..if it's 300 euros there it's $1200 plus here ..a half-decent one is 3k .
My car is a top of the line series two Mitsubishi diamante XI with nearly 300hp at the wheels  ;)
Nope it's not stock  ;D
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.

So, you'd need to sell only a small portion of your car... ;D
Seriously, I am seeing more and more very good jobs done with affordable printers. The progress in that field is astounding. The biggest hurdle, for me, would be  learning to tame the software.

Oh mate..the soft ware would do my head in ...if it's metal or mechanical im good ...but this software and CAD designs stuff ..nope ..not a clue  :o
To give ya a simple price idea of things here ..a cell phone which costs $2500 here is $300 in the US .
I know Anycubic is a very good brand and the lowest spec version is nearly a grand here so you can imagine what a high spec model would cost ...but hell I live on a invalids benefit so nope..none for me .

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

A MINI-Trac?  :o

I've never seen that one before!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Very interesting links, thanks!
Australian use/did use a colourful variety of vehicles on Antarctica, I see. Wondering about the VW Beetle "VW car and Porsche Snow Trac waiting to be loaded onto the Nella Dan for use in the Antarctic".

I love the picture of the building being moved 😆
And the total lack of information compared to all the others ...and as for being oversnow vehicles ..that dude who took the pic doesn't seem to know what he's looking at.
For those who don't know..the left hand vehicle is a four track Case farm tractor ..they have the win as a family of the most powerful tractors there is .
The bulldozers are Catapillar, being either D8s or D9s looking at the height of the cabs and fitted with swampy tracks.
They look to small to be D6s .

For inspiration - the Bartini M-57 - well beyond my skills, and I hate to think of the cost if it was created by 3D printing!
