Leeds Open Scale Model Show 2025

I'm tempted to make a weekend of this and explore Leeds a bit.

Note that the parking is horrendous. 

And if exhibitors are charged entry, the organisers can go and enjoy carnal relations with their mothers.

Must admit, I wasn't impressed when I went to it this year. Very small room with few stalls, and as Lee said, expensive parking a LONG way from the venue.

Leeds city centre is one of the most catastrophically awful places to drive around that I've ever been to. It isn't even unfamiliarity either: I have a friend who lives there, who I've visited many times, and before that I used to have to take a rare motorbike there for dealer repairs. I was so glad when my friend moved a bit further out: now I can just aim for the ring road and if I get to it at the wrong junction, just go around it until I get to the right one.

Leeds isn't much better as a pedestrian either.  Some good bars though, from what I remember.
