Pie with ice cream?  HEATHENS!  The only suitable topping for pie is whipped cream.

I've never tried apple pie and cheese but I think I will try it. What kind of cheese?

Family Rheged suggest a Wensleydale .............although the options for experimentation are endless.  The only proviso is that it has to be a properly filled apple pie, not just a smear of apple sauce in a pastry case.

Cream cheese  with smoked salmon is a recognizable sandwich filling, and a crumbly Lancashire goes well with a rich fruit cake

Also as breakfast on a bagel (Cream cheese and lox).  Personally, I prefer either sausage or Taylor Ham, egg, and cheese (usually American) on my bagel or kaiser roll

OK I got pressured by all this dessert talk ..well temptation would be a better word ..4 xmas mince pies and a crap load of stinking hot runny custard has just been devoured with zero mercy 😋 😀

Known as Akira's Bike, this is actually Kaneda's bike, from the movie Akira.

This was the first thing I ever got 3-D printed.

The bike was always something I thought was cool, and I collected a couple of pictures back in the day, as inspiration to maybe scratchbuild one someday. Yeah, right.

However, after 20+ years, I happened to try a Goggle search and found there was a FREE! 3-D printable available.

I found some dimensions online and used these to calculate how large it should be, then had the print scaled to roughly 1/32.

I replaced the handlebars, using sections of paper clip with plastic tubing over them and a punched disc on the ends.
I did have to cut slices from the axles as these were too long, but nothing too drastic.
Other than that, assembled straight from the print bed.

The canopy was replaced with a section of milk bottle, held over a steaming kettle to reshape slightly and trimmed to fit.

Spray bomb primer, then an old pot of GW Red and various other colours from the collection.   

There have been a few Real World builds of this, but I understand that someone has now put it into limited production, made to order. It will still corner like an ocean liner, though... which is probably why in the movie, he turned most corners by sliding it sideways!

OK back to desserts...try this ..it will surprise you for those who haven't...
Strawberries..Highlander sweetened condensed milk  and icing sugar.
Cut up Strawberries..trickle condensed milk over the Strawberries..I like a good amount..then sprinkle icing sugar over everything..the munch .
The surprising thing is it's nowhere near as sweet as you'd think it is ..it's very weird yet very very tasty 😋

I've done that since  was a kid. No more, sadly, as my medication limits my insulin production, but fresh strawberries eaten with (sugar free) vanilla ice works almost as well. Almost. 

I'm glad there is an almost acceptable substitute for you.
