Dear whiffers,

In order to keep with the tradition, the 2025 Whiffie ceremony will be held on Sunday the 2nd of March 2025.
This means that the polls will be up on the 8th of February and will close on the 22nd of February.

This means that I only have about 5 weeks to prepare all the polls.  :-\
Normally I start collecting all nominations during the year but this time my busy schedule meant that I haven't done any work yet ....  :banghead:  :banghead:  :banghead:

So I will need to get busy from next week. Meanwhile, feel free to add any last nominations in the nomination thread.

Lastly I would like to remind all members that any misconduct during the award ceremony will be severely dealt with.
The standard punishment is confiscation of the complete stash of the offending party.
No animals of any kind are allowed in the hall and the only beverage allowed is whisky. Especially the consumption of water is strictly prohibited!
As last year, there were several request for special parking spaces, we have provided extra space for parking, allowing all members to bring their favourite tank, up to and including a P-1000 Ratte (max one per participant!). We hope that this will satisfy everyone.

The organizing committee wished everyone a good year end and we hope that you all have a happy, healthy and productive 2025!

Dream your builds and build your dreams!

What about flying in aboard our favourite aeroplane, and parking it?

Mine's a Saro Princess.....................  ;)
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

To avoid attention from any pesky Meter Maids, I plan to borrow WW's invisible jet.
The trick will be finding it again, of course... and as long as someone doesn't park on top of it, either. :banghead:

Or I might just bring the B'rel-class Scout and leave it in Cloaked-mode.
The above provisos also apply here, though the externally-activated transporter will avoid running around in small circles searching for it.

As another option, I wonder if the Doctor could swing by and give me a lift, to allow me the room to transport the Stash additions home...

Have we missed anything that should have been nominated?

Unfortunately that's an almost un-answerable question.

Because I read all new posts every day in my role as a Mod I tend to nominate as I go along, which is why probably so many nominations are mine , but they of course only reflect my own likes and preferences. I hope we've picked them all up.

Seeing that you entered your request quite timely, I think we can accommodate the parking.
However, it might be a difficult to land anywhere near the venue as there is no large body of water nearby.
Unless of course, you developed a amphibious version of the Princess....

I'll be teleporting in again.
Hopefully this year the Transporter Chief will be a little more accurate and not put me into The Ladies.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

'The Ladies' what? The mind boggles at/shies away from the possibilities... :o
