Thanks Gary!

This new Hasegawa kit is great and I look forward to building their other new large scale German fighters.

Next weekend my new ''what-if'' model should be done, I will post pics on next Sunday depending on the weather.

I really don't know what to say, some of the close ups are amazing

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

greg and Chris,

Thanks for looking at my work!

Here are two more pics...

Still can't figure out what I envy more: your modeling skills or your diorama/photography skills.   ;)

Now, could we see that What If soon (as promised)?  Will it be another GERMAN subject, by any chance?
Styrene in my blood and an impressive void in my cranium.

Uh?
I misread as my English is so poor, sorry... : does Hasegawa build now a model at a scale as large as 1/1 ???
This cannot be a reduced scale model photographs, it is humanly impossible to reach such a perfection, even at 1/24th, or... are you Martian, E.T.? And if I migrate on this planet, do I have a chance to come back with the ability to reach such impossible level? No, I am dreaming, misreading, it was scale 1/1, the pictures prove it...
[the word "realistic" hurts my heart...]

Thanks very much John and Tophe!

John,
Yeah, it will be another German type, but somebody has to build the bad guys planes.

Great news for me I found out the Ken Merricks new book ''Luftwaffe Colors and Markings'' will be delivered in 2 weeks. I have been waiting since November 2004 for this book!

Like? Or fall in love with all over again? Do you take commisions?

BTW I spy with my little eye a flying wing beginning with H....can I see some pics of your Horten please?

matrixone

Thanks again Radish and Zac,

Zac,
Here is another old pic that has the Horten flying wing in it...

I do have a couple other Ho 229 pics I can post if you are interested, BTW the Ho 229 is the 1/72 scale PM kit.

A few months ago I almost bought the DML Ho 229 nightfighter kit, I actually had that kit in my hands and changed my mind and put it down and bought something else that day, now I am pissed off at myself for not buying it. Now I can't find it at the hobby shop(a two hours drive from my home) and I only pass by that shop only a few times each year.

I have the PM Ho 229 nightfighter kit in my stash but it is not nearly as nice as the DML kit. I need more Hortens.

I started the PM kit and then someone gave me the revell 1/72 scale boxing and it shat all over the PM kit. So it got turned into a Sci-Fi project.

It's a pity you put down the dragon kit because ti is not to bad. The fit can be an issue but it does build up to a nice kit. Try on-line you should have no problems.

I have seen the Night Fighter around I should get it then I will have both of the Dragon offerings.
Get this Cheese to sick bay!
