Sometimes you can't beat 'Old School' - there's a reason it's still around.

Then again, with some of those things, once is enough!

They really do, especially with my eyesight and "shakes". I can manage some of the "blown" types but that's about it.  :-\

The one thing I've never really understood is the Tamiya masks and the fact you have to cut them out yourself

Not quite, they're pre-cut on one larger sheet, about 2.5" square in the Ju 288's case, and you first have to find each mask, which can be tricky, and then peel it off the backing sheet to plonk onto the model. KitMasx cut the centre out of most of the 288's masks as the base part is curved, but after your suggestion I left most of them in place Chris, and it worked a treat.

I've suggested to the nice people at KitMasx that they forget cutting the centres out, so it'll be interesting to see if they do. I'll certainly be getting more of their stuff, it's REALLY good.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit

Ah right, I've not used Tamiya masks, normally either Eduard or Ask, so I was going by what I read and obviously got the wrong end of the stick  :banghead:  I'll take a good look at some next time I'm in need of some that only they do. Thanks Kit

Glad to be of service
