Amazing how Nature can imitate manufactured items sometimes, isn't it?  ;D  ;)
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Yep...agreed ..looking good mate 👍
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

buzzbomb

Ok that is an operator I would not have thought of for the Firefly, but why not

I'm working on a Revell 1/25 Ford Woody.  RHD, Mopar small block, lowered.
Here's the interior tub.  Rear seat removed and wooden floor as it's a surf wagon.
Woodgrain painted by hand.

That woodgrain looks superb Fred.

Like the idea of a Mopar small block, not too many times you see them in models.

Thanks Kit.  Thought i'd photo it before it gets hidden inside the model.
The engine is left over from the Lindberg Little Red Wagon wheelstander kit.  High 200's to low 300's cubic inches.  You don't always have to have a big block or massive horsepower (Phill will disagree with that).  In this case I just wanted something better than a flathead ford V8.

That woodwork is superb!  At first glance I though you'd veneered it.

As to the big block/massive horsepower  discussion, it's no use having the humungous great engine if the gearbox can't take the strain.  Guess how I know this (fortunately as a spectator of someone else's catastrophe)
