Engines? Or glider? Just tow it up to 35,000 feet and release it........
Probably a Bad Idea.......
But now you have to build the tow plane. 🤪

Engines are coming, but I still don't know how many of them....

Maybe it was launched using a big rubber band - Acme style.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

It's called a "bungee launch".

Looks very peaceful up there.  I think I would enjoy being a passenger.

That 2nd vid was taken at the Long Mynd site, and it's a Grrob 103 he's flying. I've done EXACTLY the same there too, maybe the same aircraft but I'd need to check my logbook to be sure.

An even better example of bungee launching is here

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dyxs51ddWSY

You can actually see the launch crew taking their positions on the bungee. And it's a Capstan they're launching too, one of my fave 2 seaters, such a good looking aeroplane, but I've only got a 10 ft span RC one, there's only two left flying in the UK these days. :(
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)
