Evening, everything is finally together. We've been collecting everything for the project.
The new Eduard is being built with a lot of accessories as a Japanese captured aircraft.

Now this will be interestinng watching this lot come together 

With that many extras, what is left of the original kit?

Started building today, starting with the seat. I opted for the McArthur metal seat. The details, as you'd expect from Eduard, are simply top-notch.
Eduard also had the version with printed seatbelts, but here the left and right seatbelts were swapped.

Update on the Cockpit.

 

Today i make the Cockpit Sitewalls.

Evening, the Mustang has been bothering me, and examining the original pictures confirmed it. Eduard either did his research incorrectly or the museum machine was already wrong.
Only the British Mustang III can be built, not the B or C.
But in the end, only experts notice that.
