Quote from: Old Wombat on Yesterday at 01:46:49 AMI HATE MODEL COMPANIES!!!!! :o

They force me - Force me, I tell you! - to buy their models, even when I've sworn off any new acquisitions for a while! :-X

Ordered yesterday:

1 x Thunder Model 1/35 British Scammell Pioneer Heavy Artillery Tractor R100 w/7.2 inch Howitzer (TDM-35212) - for a scene from "Mussolini: His Part in My Downfall"
1 x Gecko Models 1/35 WWII British Bedford MWR FFW Radio Command Truck (GEC-35GM0061) - for a scene from "Mussolini: His Part in My Downfall"
2 x Legend Productions 1/35 WWII 50 CAL Ammo Box set [Closed x27, Openx3, Ammo Belt x 3, Decal] (LF1388) - who doesn't need more Cal .50 ammo boxes & belts?
1 x QuickWheel 1/35 T41 Tracks for M3 Lee, Grant, M4 Sherman Early [C65994 end connector] (QWT-35072) - I can think about progressing my RW M3 Grant build
1 x Hobartville Hobbies 1/350 WWI Royal Australian Navy HMA E-Class Submarine AE1/AE2 (HO HHK-350-001) - like most people who buy this, I'll probably build AE2
1 x Eduard 1/48 WWII RAF P-51B/C Mustang Mk.III Fighter [Profipack] (ED 82109) - better than my ICM 1/48 Mustang P-51C & I'm a fan of the Malcolm hood

Ordered today*;

2 x Hobby Boss 1/35 LAV300 90mm Cockerill Gun (HB 84573) - c'mon, ya gotta!
1 x HK Models 1/48 DB-7B Boston III [A-20 early version] Medium Bomber (HK-01F015) - [Pre-Order] - 'coz!

[*: Because the email telling me the first item (x 2) was in stock came in this morning, & I just happened to notice that the 2nd item was available for pre-order this evening.]

Good win on the gee-gee's ?  ;D Postman's going to love you when he/she gets that lot to deliver  ;D

I can see the "Mussolini: His Part in My Downfall" diorama in my minds eye already  ;D

Unusually for a Japanese kit it has the bonnet moulded open.  But there is no engine, inner fenders, firewall etc.  Hmmm, tempting...
Monster turboed RB26 or RB30 ...or something completely different..a blown flathead

Modern Hemi?  I think I have a resin kit somewhere...
That's a thought I like 👍

Reading this in a hurry, I assumed that RB  stood for Rolls Royce Barnoldswick, as in RB163 (Spey) or RB  146 (Avon)
😄 🤣..yep quick reads have had me crossed eyed few times in the past until I've read it again 😆
Just for anyone wondering..RB's are a series of Nissan straight 6 engines.

So unplanned stash growth. Just ordered 2 1/72 Finemolds F-4 Phantoms (F-4B Jolly Rogers and F-4E Kurnass) from HobbyLink and a crap ton of Atom paint from Mig Ammo before the stupid @&%#@!   tariffs take effect. The F-4s were on the to-get list but no rush and I've just been replacing the my Vallejo Air with Mig Atom as needed. Also ordered a bunch of spare parts (O-rings, nozzles, etc..) for my Gaahleri airbrushes. Yay, fun times.  :banghead:

Not really, they only have to get it to my PO box. <_<

So can I! I just hope I do justice to the mind's-eye image. ;D
