It's not the Shorts Hythe flying boat

I have been on the Internet and found a very old 1/72 Hasegawa H8K2 Emily flying boat at a reasonable price. So naturally I had to buy it. Research has revealed that a few of them were converted into transport aircraft ranging from 41 to 67 passengers, however none survived but one has been converted into a diving attraction.
So what if one had been captured by the Royal Air Force, painted white with RAF roundels, then flown back to blighty. After evaluation it was then sold to SJMcColm Engineering Ltd and converted into private flying boat. With the plush fittings similar to those found on the Shorts Sandringham.  The engines would need replacing to something British or currently available. Beaching gear being replaced by retractable landing gear at a later date.
I don't know what the process is to provide my own decals but I will be using the Airfix decals for now.
From what I have read, there are a few issues with the kit, around the wings, the floats and the glazing. An aftermarket rigging set would be ideal and I might be able to use the engines from the Airfix Avro Shackleton MR.2, that's if they fit.

It's not the expensive 1/72 Hasegawa model kit but the Frog Kawanishi H8K2 Emily flying boat with extra parts which includes: beaching tractor,  trolley,  air crew and ground staff.
The gun positions will be used on the Avro Shackleton GR.2 in exchange for the engines if they fit.
