Drove the orange one from Sarnia to Edmonton in 3 days. Brought the blue one back in 4. That was back in August I think. Good times ! The orange one was stripped and although governed, with all those ponies and no weight she was a star. Anybody who's driven across Canada knows what a treat it is in the Ontario hills to have power !

Cheers Dave.

I have to admit I have been spending alot of time with another mistress. HO scale trains. Easiest thing in the world to whif, especially around here. rolling stock seems to go from the original user to about 10 different roads before finally going to the breakers ! I've mostly been collecting, but have started painting a few. Always enjoyed weathering and dirtying things up, and as I said, it's too easy !

Hi guys !

The site update looks great ! Keep up the good work. Sorry I'm not around as much as I used to be, or should be. Just get into a funk a little too often these days, covid, life, the crazy planet, work, age etc.I need to think less and enjoy more. Having said that, I have had a few good times this summer ! Went up to a friends cottage up north. Took the boys bike, the seadoos, and my Traeger smoker ! Blew the guys away with some really awesome cooks, had some good tours on both the boats and the bikes, stopped in to see an old friend, and visited the base I grew up on, CFB Borden. Here's my collection of goodies with  pair of my favourite tanks growing up, the Sherman flail and the Centurion.

Take your time Capt, you'll come out of it. Glad you had a good time on your journeys
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

If you think you need to go find someone to talk to and be better able to handle the funk.

Yeah, really good seeing you, and awesome report on the summer grand tour.
Re the modelling: We'll be here, the kits won't disappear (well, some small bits may if you haven't tamed your local carpet monster, but..;) ) and life's too short not to enjoy as much as you can.
Take care!
Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition!

Thank you guys. It is amazing how even a simple few words of encouragement can help. Cheers

I only stop coming to the site if I want to be depressed; as it's one of the few things that I must do in order to stay happy.
